UK tourists are among the staggering 360,804 visitors who have set foot in Ibiza and Formentera in the first four months of this year. This is a noticeable increase compared to the same period in 2025, signalling the island's growing allure. Notably, over half of these visitors came from abroad. While January saw a slight dip, the subsequent months of February, March, and April saw a surge, with international visitors contributing significantly to the local economy. Tourists have spent a collective €306.78 million from January to April, marking a 7.8% rise compared to last year. On average, each tourist spent roughly €882, with daily expenditure around €175 during a typical five-day stay. Overall, the number of tourist nights increased by over 167,000 from the previous year, highlighting the island's enduring popularity.
