This summer, Sant Antoni de Portmany welcomes travellers with an enhanced safety net: the opening of the Foreign Tourist Assistance Service (SATE) office. From 2nd June to 30th September, visitors can access quick and efficient support every day from 9:00 to 14:00. Positioned at the start of the bustling s’Arenal promenade, the office has gained popularity for its approachable and strategic location, ensuring tourists are never far from support. Key features include automatic translation services, promising seamless communication for international guests needing to report incidents or seek advice. Both the Mayor of Sant Antoni and the Councillor for Public Safety have emphasised the office's vital role in fortifying visitor assistance and maintaining Sant Antoni's reputation as a safe and quality destination. The collaborative partnership between the local police and Guardia Civil ensures streamlined support for summer tourists, reinforcing the island's commitment to safety and enjoyment.
