UK clubbers in Ibiza, brace yourselves for a sizzling start to the week as the Spanish Meteorological Agency has issued a yellow alert for Monday and Tuesday with temperatures potentially soaring to 37°C. The inland and northern areas are expected to feel the full brunt of the heat. Sant Joan de Labritja recorded a sweltering 34.3°C on Sunday, while Formentera felt the warmth at 33.3°C. Clear skies and gentle westerly breezes are predicted, making it a perfect, albeit hot, day for beachgoers. The heatwave isn't limited to the islands; much of Spain will experience extreme temperatures, climbing above 36°C in several regions.
