Ibiza's vibrant hub, Sant Antoni, has launched a campaign to encourage considerate tourism, in collaboration with the British Consulate and local businesses. With funds from the Sustainable Tourism Tax, the initiative aims to spread awareness about municipality rules and encourage civility among visitors. An impressive 10,000 informative postcards featuring scenic Sant Antoni, together with essential guidelines, will be distributed to tourists, supplemented by strategically placed information boards throughout the town. In a nod to encouraging UK tourists, the campaign details will also be accessible via QR codes on both postcards and special eclipse viewing glasses. In addition, the local police force will see an expansion, providing a heightened sense of security for tourists. Sant Antoni's dedication to promoting respectful tourism highlights its ongoing commitment to creating a hospitable environment for both tourists and residents alike.
