Ryanair Expands Ibiza Airport Operations This Summer

Ryanair has unveiled its summer flight schedule for 2026 in the Balearic Islands, adding three new routes from Palma and increasing flight frequency from both Palma and Ibiza to highly popular destinations. Ryanair will operate 79 routes from Palma, introducing new flights to Friedrichshafen (Germany), Gdansk (Poland), and Malta, along with additional frequencies to cities like Naples, Warsaw, and Zagreb, amounting to 715 weekly flights, marking a 2% growth compared to last year. This schedule will largely utilize Ryanair's 16 based aircraft in Palma, representing a $1.6 billion investment, supporting over 6,900 local jobs, and enhancing Palma’s connectivity. From Ibiza, the airline will operate 33 routes with 226 weekly flights, increasing capacity on routes such as London, Marseille, and Rome, reflecting an 8% growth. Meanwhile, in Menorca, Ryanair will provide 18 routes with 90 weekly frequencies, connecting the island with mainland Spain and Europe at the lowest rates. The full summer schedule is available for booking on Ryanair.com and the Ryanair app, with flights starting from €25.99 for travel until October, when booked before Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
