Running from 1 PM to 10 PM, the day promises a lively atmosphere with traditional music and delicious food, all for a powerful cause. The initiative aims to collect donations to support Colombia's recovery efforts following the devastating earthquake in August. Funds and essential items gathered will be sent directly to Colombia, avoiding taxes due to a special agreement. Alejandra Gámez, representing the Association of Colombians in Ibiza and Formentera, highlighted the importance of financial contributions, yet clothing and essential products will also be warmly accepted. The event not only aims to raise significant support but also to provide psychological comfort to those affected. Future events are planned, with another fundraiser set for October 10 at Parque de la Paz, ensuring ongoing transparency about the support provided to those in need.
