Renowned Andalusian chef, Dani García, known for his culinary prowess honoured with three Michelin stars, is setting the stage for a unique dining experience in Ibiza. In partnership with Palladium Hotel Group, García is launching the iconic Lobito de Mar at The Site Ibiza—a dynamic gastronomic hub. This new establishment, positioned near The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel, offers a blend of a beach club atmosphere and fine dining right by the sea. The opening is slated for summer 2026, marking it as the second culinary venture by Dani García in this locale.

Paired with Palladium Hotel Group's endeavour to craft exceptional destinations, this collaboration aims to elevate Ibiza's culinary scene with dishes paying homage to fresh, seasonal produce and the island's essence. Lobito de Mar, originating from Marbella and expanding from there to Madrid, is celebrated for its blend of traditional southern Spanish flavors and contemporary flair. Delight in options from crispy fry-ups to summery rice dishes, seafood, and more, all savoured leisurely by the beach with sunbed service.

Lobito de Mar joins the elite lineup of restaurants at The Site Ibiza, which features culinary experiences from Dabiz Muñoz’s StreetXO, Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen, Sublimotion by Paco Roncero, to the established Leña.
