The opening is slated for summer 2026, marking it as the second culinary venture by Dani García in this locale.

Paired with Palladium Hotel Group's endeavour to craft exceptional destinations, this collaboration aims to elevate Ibiza's culinary scene with dishes paying homage to fresh, seasonal produce and the island's essence. Lobito de Mar, originating from Marbella and expanding from there to Madrid, is celebrated for its blend of traditional southern Spanish flavors and contemporary flair.
