Residents of the Es Cubells area, however, argue these unauthorized gatherings, associated with Casa Paola and Casa Lola (another of Ordóñez's properties), have disrupted their peaceful summers with noise and litter. The Sant Josep council also voiced concerns over what they see as a recurring summer issue.
