The iconic sunset at Ibiza's Cala d'Hort, with es Vedrà providing a breathtaking backdrop, continues to draw hundreds every evening in August. This year, visitors can enjoy the view with less hassle, thanks to new and reopened parking facilities that have alleviated chaotic scenes from previous seasons. Once plagued by vehicles cluttering roadside spaces and hindering traffic and emergency access, the area now sees a more orderly influx. This change is in response to long-standing demands for better tourist management and road safety, as the local council began expanding parking options back in 2025. Although discussions about future parking management are ongoing, the serene atmosphere of Cala d'Hort at sunset remains unspoiled for now, allowing visitors to savour the stunning Mediterranean views without the nuisance of overcrowded roadways.
